Consulting & Day of Coordination Full Service Package 

We will be like your BFF’s from “YES to I Do.” We will empower you, hold your hand & most importantly guide you and your fiancé through the whole process. With our knowledge and creativity we will make your day special. Giving you exclusive personal service to make your dreams come true. 

(12 month package. At least $25,000+ budget) 

~12-15 meetings with 2 venue walkthrough visits 

~Advise with finding the perfect vendors of your dreams 

-Venues for ceremony and reception 

-Photographer, videographer, etc

-Food & beverage, cake, catering, alcohol, etc.

-Design vendors including decorator, lighting, audio/visual, florals, stationary, furniture, etc. 

-DJ, bands, live music and assist in curating a ceremony & reception playlist

~Budget curating & management 

~Creating a month to month wedding guide 

~Guest list management 

-Creating guest list spreadsheets to include tracking RSVP, seating chart 

~Wedding invitation management 

- Mail invites & receive RSVPs 

~Keep you informed with the current Covid protocols 

~Coordinate transportation for wedding party 

~Facilitate the wedding rehearsal 

~Review all vendor contracts

~Distribute bouquets, boutonnieres and corsages to bridal party and family members

Day of Coordination Package 

(3 month package) 

In this package we are just catching your dream and makeing sure it comes to fruition. You have done all the work and you have everything planned. The only thing that is left is just to pass the baton to a professional to execute your vision. That is where we come in!

~3-5 meetings including a venue walkthrough 

~We will be onsite  for 12 hours on day of wedding 

~Go over and review all vendor contracts 

~Create wedding timelines for wedding party and vendors

~Distribute bouquets, boutonnieres and corsages to bridal party and family members  

~Secure marriage license for officiant 

~Facilitate the wedding rehearsal 

~Keep you informed with the current Covid protocols

~Arrange for wedding gifts/cards and your personal items to be packed and handed over to a person of your choosing. 

~Distribute envelopes of final payments and gratuities to vendors.

Tier 1: 

Help in structuring the dream plan for your Wedding Season. From deciding on the very basics of picking a date and budget to creating your perfect Wedding Day vision. We will assist you with this and much more.

• Doing a preliminary guest list

• etc.     

 First 3 months of planning only 

Tier 2: 

Now is the time to shift and put your dreams into action. The selection process is actually starting to happen, you will be communicating with your family and friends about all of the important events for your Wedding Season. We are here to help make sure all your I’s are dotted and all your T’s are crossed.

From months 4-6 of planning only

Tier 3:

 This is the moment when all your actions come to life. Your wedding dreams are beginning to flourish And take flight.  We will be there making sure these steps carry you down the aisle to where your love legacy begins.
